Meet the Animals

Especially for extra fun and interest certain species of our zoo animals can be used for closer interaction with our visitors. This takes place during our supervised contact sessions. The sessions occur regularly through out the day from 11.30am to 2.30pm.

Keepers and education officers explain the guidelines at each encounter session and everybody who attends is given a chance to come into contact in an appropriate way if they wish.
