Zoo Playground

The zoo playground is free to anybody who visits. It is an unsupervised activity so children must be monitored. It has been built next to the covered seating area for picnics and light refreshments from the snack shack so visitors can sit and relax and also keep their children under supervision. New equipment has been added in 2013 for "little monkeys"! The Encounter Zone is also nearby, making it only a short distance for children and parents to walk to the organised encounter sessions the zoo presents.
