Annual Memberships
Annual memberships are available for one year from the point of purchase. This gives free access to the zoo during that period of time. The “season ticket” is for an individual only and the season ticket holder will be asked to sign in at the admissions desk in reception.

Please note membership cards are non-transferable. Lost or stolen cards can be replaced at a nominal cost of £1.00 per card.
Groups Admission Prices
To obtain group discounts the spokesperson must phone in advance and book their group into the zoo and on the day must collate their group’s payment into one transaction for reception. In return the zoo offers the following discounted entry rates;

Disabled information.
Exmoor zoo is on a gentle slope. The average gradient is 1 in 12, although two short steep slopes (1 in 5) are to be found in the grounds. At least 90% of all paths are laid to tarmac for ease of wheelchair access and level paths exist between the gentle slopes.
Disabled toilet facilities exist within the grounds next to the entrance and only one set of steps giving access to the picnic area outside the African café, exist in the zoo. Alternative wheel chair access is available to this area.
The zoo does not provide electric or motor driven wheelchairs, but can provide one of two self propelled wheelchairs, which you are welcome to book in advance (no charge).
Reduced entry rates are available for disabled and wheelchair attendants. The individual concession entry price would apply for adults and a special concession of £1.00 off for disabled children.
