Birthday Parties at your home (with our animal roadshow)
Outside the main season the zoo can even bring itself to your home for an hour of exploration of the animal kingdom and a look at some amazing creatures from all over the world. We normally will bring up to 5 animals (our choice and subject to availability but you are welcome to make a specific request) for you to get up close and meet with a fun and educational talk. . The party visit lasts about an hour is intended to be fun and educational. The animals are all used to handling and travelling. Each animal will be introduced, presented and talked about to the children in an interesting and entertaining manner.
The birthday party road show is suitable for all children from 3 to 90 years of age. It is available most days of the week, subject to availability. Unfortunately, during school holidays there may be restrictions. Parties can be booked after school, on a Saturday or most evenings (evening visits after 4.00pm are charged at £160.00) . Please ring and enquire about availability, dates and times . The birthday party road-show costs a basic £110.00. This is subject to a maximum of 20 children and the destination occurring within a 20 mile radius of the zoo. The party visit from us will also include a special zoo gift for the birthday person.
Any extra children (above the maximum of 20) will be charged at £2.50 per child. Any extra travelling distance over the 20 mile radius from the zoo, please contact us for a price. As a special extra, glitter tattoos can also be pre-booked @ £2.50 per child or zoo party bags can be ordered (please enquire for prices and contents).
