The zoo is now open at 10.00 am - 5.00 pm (last entry 3.30 pm) from 9th February 2024 - 2nd November 2024
Exmoor Zoo is a not-for-profit charity in Devon, with all money made going directly back into the zoo and its conservation work.
If you are a UK taxpayer and you donate more than 10% of our admission, the government will give us 25p for every £1 of your entrance fee. It's called a Gift Aid visit and it makes a massive difference to us and to our vital conservation work.
Please note: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to enter the zoo
Most of the Zoo is accessible by wheelchair but we are set on a slope. As a result, we offer a reduced rate for those visitors with additional needs.

**Concession tickets are available at the door for senior citizens (65yrs+), students with a valid Totem card & disabled visitors. We also offer half price entry for the accompanying carer or helper if required on production of carer ID. Please inform front of house staff on arrival and they will ask you to provide one form of ID either:
- Disability living allowance letter
- Blue badge
- P.I.P payment award documentation

Our online tickets are discounted and are cheaper than our standard summer admission prices and these discounted prices can only be obtained by purchasing them online. The admission ticket is valid for a single admission only and for 12 months from date of purchase. They cannot be used with any other offer, discount, Tescos or any other vouchers.
Please allow 24 hours for us to process your tickets.
Online tickets cannot be redeemed on day of purchase and are non-refundable but you are able to purchase ticket on the door if you wish to visit on the same day.

Unlimited visits to Exmoor Zoo when purchasing our Yearly Membership Pass.
This special membership pass is valid for one year from the time of purchase. The costs for this ticket are as follows:

The pass once purchased is not transferable. Once issued the membership pass will need your signature and will be created for you on your first visit to the zoo by the reception team. Further visits will require you to bring your pass and sign into the membership book on arrival.
On production of your membership pass any souveneirs purchased at the zoo will be subject to a 5% discount.
